Meeting & Event Spaces
The Fitz
The Fitz dining room is a private event space that seats up to 50 people for a sit-down served meal. It can accommodate up to 70 people for a cocktail reception style event. It can be used in conjunction with the Consulate Room to maximize space and options such as a private bar or buffet style service.
Consulate Room
The Consulate Room is adjacent to The Fitz dining room. It can be configured as a board room, a large dining table for up to 18 people or as individual tables of 4 that accommodate up to 20 people. It can also be used to house a private bar and / or buffet service in conjunction with the Fitz.
Embassy Room
The Embassy Room is located off of the main lobby area. It can be set up for a full service meal in rounds of 6-8 for up to 70 people. It can also be set with a private bar, buffet style service or with high-top tables to be used as a cocktail reception style event. If a meeting or seminar is preferred it can accommodate up to 70 people set in a classroom style or up to 30 people when set in a U-shaped pattern.
Attaché Room
The Attaché Room can be used for all event types. It can be used as a whole or divided into two smaller rooms. It offers optional A/V connections. When set in a classroom style it can accommodate up to 70 people. When set in a sit down service style it can be set in rounds of 6-8 and accommodate up to 70 people. It can be set with a buffet style service, can accommodate a private bar and can also be used in conjunction with the lower lobby foyer to maximize capacity.
Deco
The Deco space is bright and inviting. It offers an adjacent outdoor patio area to maximize capacity and to offer the option of fresh air space for guests. It can be set as a cocktail reception style event, offers a bar area or can also be used for buffet style service.
Gin Rickey
Gin Rickey is a great space for small, casual gatherings. A portion of the space may be reserved with buffet style food service. It also offers the adjacent outdoor patio that is a perfect way to spread out and enjoy the nice weather while offering a unique space for guests. The Gin Rickey menu is available for private events as well as the full private events menu.
